Q: What are the Costs?
A: TAILORSOURCE e-Newsletter Subscription
$49.95 per month (billed 1 month in advance).
Constant Contact® (the platform for sending the e-newsletter):
$15 per month for up to 500 customer email addresses
$30 per month for 501-2500 customer email addresses
Prepay discounts of 10% for 6 month prepay and 15% for 12 month prepay.
Q: How Often are the Newsletters Produced?
A: The newsletters are produced every month and will correspond with the current season. TAILORSOURCE will email you a final draft of the next month's e-newsletter, for your review, during the last week of the month. You will also be able to access the newsletter by logging into your Constant Contact account. Once proofed by you, your newsletter will be ready to be launched to your customers by the first business day of the month.
Q: What day will my Customers Receive the e-newsletter?
A: You will be able to choose the day of the month and the time that your e-newsletter is sent. This day and time will remain consistent every month.
Q: What is Constant Contact®, and why do I need an Account?
A: Constant Contact® is the tool TAILORSOURCE uses to create and send your e-newsletters to your customers. It is a web based marketing program that allows you to create, store, and schedule your email marketing campaigns (newsletters, postcards, promotions, etc.) and then send them instantly to all of your customers via email. Constant Contact® allows you to view all the statistics regarding the emails you send. For example, you will be able to see how many people opened your email, who opened it, when it was opened, and what links they clicked on within the email. You can also see how your open rates and other statistics compare to those of other businesses.
Having a Constant Contact® account not only allows you to have the TAILORSOURCE e-newsletter sent to your customers but, since it is your account, you will be able to create and launch your own email marketing campaigns to further your visibility.
Q: How is the E-Newsletter Personalized?
A:
Your e-newsletters will feature you as the expert. Your personal business photograph will be on every issue, your company name or logo will be on the masthead, and your name, company, logo, and contact information will appear automatically at the bottom of every newsletter issue. You also will be the one who chooses the name for your newsletter - adding an extra personal touch.

Q: May I Write An Article to be Published?

After the e-newsletter is ready and available in your Constant Contact® account you will have the option of logging into your account and adding additional articles, messages, or promotions if you desire. (You are not required to make any modifications.)
Q: What is your Privacy Policy?

We take every precaution to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information.
You are the sole owner of your customer and marketing information that is uploaded into Constant Contact®. We will not access, view, market to, or share this information with others. The sole objective of TAILORSOURCE using your Constant Contact® login information is to load your monthly e-newsletter onto your personal console.
