You can use Constant Contact’s easy-to-use email editing window. We give you a free account with Constant Contact for editing and sending out your newsletters.
What do I do if I want to discontinue my service?
Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 208-344-7848 and give us 30-days notice.
We’ll cancel your account promptly.
How do I send my email newsletters?
We give you a free account with Constant Contact, the leading email sending company. Your free account included up to 500 contacts. If you have more than 500 contacts there is a small additional fee.
Can I track the performance of my email newsletters?
Yes, you can. Constant Contact provides tracking of opens, clicks on links, unsubscribes and bounces. You can also see what each individual recipient did with the newsletter.
How do I send my eNewsletters?
We set you up with your very own account at Constant Contact, TailorSource's eNewsletter email delivery partner. You will have full access to the email editing facility through Constant Contact. While we can provide text only content for use with another system, if you don’t use Constant Contact, we will not be able to personalize your newsletter for you.
Will I get the current month’s newsletter?
Yes, you will. Indeed, it’s likely you will have access to the current and next month’s newsletters during your fee trial period.
How quickly can I start?
Your first newsletter will be set up within four working days. Then we’ll load your next fresh newsletter around the 26th or so of the month before (for example, October’s newsletter will be loaded in your Constant Contact account between September 26th and the end of September. Then you’ll get access to each fresh newsletter around the 26th of every month.
